Super Salsa

I love salsa as a side dish and eat a LOT of it. I have included my favorites, both with different flavors and wow-wonderful tastes. Put the super-zing back in your salsa with this wonderful recipe that is raw power! This one is great as a side salad or a great addition to any Mexican-themed meal. And what about the Mex’? Why not just have it as THE meal!


Salsa ingredients:

  • ¾ cup tomato, diced
  • ½ cup mango, diced
  • ½ cup peach, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup canned black beans, drained and washed 
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Delores hemp seeds
  • 1 ½ tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
  • ¾ teaspoon cacao powder
  • ¼ teaspoon rock salt

Salsa Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve as a side salad or with gluten-free tortilla chips.
