Diamond Push-Ups are a beginner-friendly variation of the traditional push-up that effectively works your core, abs, and shoulders while also targeting your triceps. They are a great way to build upper-body strength and improve overall stability.

Start by getting into a standard push-up position with your hands close together under your chest. Form a diamond shape by touching your thumbs and index fingers together. Keep your feet hip-width apart and your body in a straight line from head to heels. Engage your core and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.

Slowly bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the diamond shape, keeping your elbows close to your sides. Pause briefly at the bottom, then press through your palms to return to the starting position.

Repeat for 8–12 controlled repetitions. Focus on proper form, slow motion, and steady breathing. Diamond Push-Ups strengthen your core, tone your shoulders, and sculpt your arms safely and effectively.
