Cranberry Quinoa Salad Instructions:

1 large apple, chopped
2/3 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
1 cup roasted slivered almonds
1 cup roasted sesame seeds
3/4 cup roasted hemp seeds
1.5 cups cooked quinoa

Tri-Citrus Dressing Recipe:

2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp dried ginger
1/2 tsp salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lime
all cloves from one whole garlic bulb, baked

Instructions: Blend the first three ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency.

Serve: Combine salad ingredients in a bowl. Blend dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
