Superwomen Exercise: One-Minute Workout

The Superwoman exercise is a beginner-friendly, full-body movement that strengthens your core, lower back, glutes, and shoulders. It’s simple, effective, and can be done in just one minute, making it perfect for busy schedules.

Begin by lying face down on a mat with your arms extended in front of you and your legs straight behind you. Engage your core and glutes. Simultaneously lift your arms, chest, and legs off the floor, keeping your neck neutral and your gaze toward the mat. Hold this lifted “superwoman” position for a few seconds, focusing on squeezing your glutes and engaging your lower back.

Slowly lower back down with control. Repeat the movement continuously for one minute, keeping your breathing steady. Focus on slow, controlled motions rather than speed. This exercise improves posture, strengthens your entire posterior chain, and builds core stability while toning the glutes and shoulders.
