Begin by standing with your feet hip-width apart, holding light weights in each hand. Slightly bend your knees and hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and core engaged. Your elbows should be bent at a 90-degree angle and tucked close to your sides.

Slowly extend your forearms backward until your arms are fully straight, squeezing your triceps at the top. Avoid swinging your arms; focus on controlled movement. Pause briefly, then bend your elbows back to the starting position.
