Bicep curls for women are a simple, beginner-friendly exercise that strengthens your biceps and shoulders while helping sculpt your upper body. This set takes only 60 seconds and is perfect for busy schedules.

Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart, holding light weights in each hand with your palms facing forward. Keep your elbows close to your sides and your core engaged. Slowly bend your elbows to lift the weights toward your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top. Avoid swinging your arms or using momentum—control is key for proper muscle engagement.

Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the weights back to the starting position. Keep your shoulders relaxed and your movements steady.

Repeat this motion for 60 seconds, focusing on smooth, controlled reps. Bicep curls aren’t just for men—they’re a highly effective way for women to tone arms, improve strength, and enhance overall upper-body definition.
