Tree Pose is a simple yet powerful exercise that helps improve balance, core strength, and body awareness.

Begin by standing tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides. Shift your weight slowly onto one foot, keeping it firmly planted on the ground. Bend the opposite knee and place the sole of that foot against your inner calf or inner thigh of the standing leg. Avoid placing the foot directly on the knee. Engage your core by gently pulling your belly button inward and lifting through your chest.

Once you feel steady, bring your hands together at your chest or raise your arms overhead like branches of a tree. Keep your gaze focused on a fixed point in front of you to help maintain balance. Breathe slowly and evenly as you hold the pose.
